From the beginning of the process to the very end on wedding day, she and her team did a wonderful job! Abby made sure her services were a good fit with what I was looking for and once that was determined we worked out a fabulous taco bar menu. She took into consideration the different dietary needs of my guests and made it so easy. Any questions I had Abby was prompt to respond. Wedding day rolled around and she and her team arrived right on schedule. The appetizer set up was beautifully arranged (I wish I’d gotten some- darn pictures!) as well as the dinner buffet. My foodie family and guests raved how delicious and flavorful all the food was! ““With only five months for planning the Big Day, we were so thankful to find a caterer that not only fit the couple’s vibe but were available (we recently attended a wedding catered by another local caterer who was not available for us and let me just say your meal was above and beyond this other company in flavor, freshness, and texture). Just about all of the wedding party and guests were from out of state so it was important for us to provide them with an outstanding memorable meal. The couple, who also resided out of state so I was the Mother of the Bride and wedding planner, wanted a relaxed outdoor garden party theme with a touch of modern elegance; farm tables dressed with real dishes, fresh wild flowers in bud vases, eucalyptus runners and candles. Gettin’ Fresh offered many choices for the menu, from BBQ sandwiches to meat entrees to pasta and vegetable sides.
With Abbie’s help, we were able to create an appealing and delicious Spring buffet menu, including a gorgeous premium charcuterie table during the cocktail hour, that our guests and vendors raved about! Lots of flavor and nothing dry!
Abbie was flexible in combining some Food Truck items along with her catering menu, tailoring the menu to fulfill the couple’s hopes, and accommodated for gluten free and vegan guests as well. Abbie was easy to communicate with and gave timely responses via email.
She checked in as the wedding date approached to finalized all details, and gave great suggestions for our rental needs. We really appreciated her relaxed, easy and professional manner both behind the scenes, when serving our guests, and cleaning up after. Absolutely perfect! One happy Momma!””

“Abbie and the team went and above and beyond our expectations. We had the food truck come for our office open house. Communication was very clear leading up to the event and Abbie answered all of my emails very quickly. They made payment easy beforehand so that we didn’t have to worry about paying or tipping the day of. The truck arrived early so they were ready to serve when the event began. Our guests all loved the food! We did a few taco options and sides of rice, beans, and salad - everything was delicious! At the end of the evening they cleaned up quickly and drove away like they were never there. It could not have gone smoother! We were so impressed and we will definitely use the Roll Call Food Truck again!”
